NOVELDO AI GmbH (“we”, “us”) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data we collect when you visit liquiditylens.ai and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

This website is intentionally data-minimal. We do not use advertising trackers. Analytics (Google Analytics) is loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner — see section 7 for details; without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. Standard server logs may record your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser’s user-agent string — this data is retained only for the time required for security and operational diagnostics, and is never used to identify individuals or build a profile.

3. Contact form & email

When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.

4. Fonts and assets

This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). Loading a font may transmit your IP address to Google’s servers. No cookies are set by this process. If you prefer not to share this data, you can block third-party requests in your browser; the site remains readable with a system fallback font.

5. Voice assistant (ElevenLabs)

This website offers an optional voice and chat assistant you can use to ask questions about LiquidityLens. The assistant is provided through the “Conversational AI” service of ElevenLabs Inc., 169 Madison Ave #2484, New York, NY 10016, USA (“ElevenLabs”). The widget is loaded only when you actively open the assistant (by clicking the button) — simply visiting the page transmits no data to ElevenLabs. Once you open the assistant, the widget script is loaded, which may transmit your IP address to ElevenLabs. No advertising or tracking cookies are set for this purpose.

No voice or chat content is processed until you actively start a conversation. If you do, your voice input or messages, together with any information you provide during the conversation (such as your name, company, callback number and your request), are transmitted to and processed by ElevenLabs in order to answer your inquiry and — if you wish — to pass a callback note to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries efficiently). Using the assistant is voluntary; you can always reach us instead via the contact form or by email.

As ElevenLabs is based in the USA, your data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which ElevenLabs is certified; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ElevenLabs. Content is retained only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention periods.

For more information on how ElevenLabs processes data, see ElevenLabs’ privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right, under applicable data protection law, to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • request erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@noveldo.com.

7. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; “Google”). The purpose is the statistical analysis of how our website is used, so we can improve our content and offering. Processing takes place solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics script is loaded; we enforce this technically via Google Consent Mode v2.

Where consent is given, Google processes usage data such as the pages you view, time spent, the referrer (where your visit came from), your approximate location based on the truncated IP address, and device and browser information. Google Analytics sets cookies for this (including _ga and _ga_<ID>) that allow your browser to be recognised and that are stored for up to two years by default.

We have enabled IP anonymisation; your IP address is truncated by Google within the EU before any further processing. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded; the legal basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. The data collected is deleted automatically once the retention period configured in Google Analytics expires.

We store your consent choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so the banner does not reappear on later visits; no separate consent is required for this. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — withdrawal is as easy as giving it. Simply reopen the cookie settings and choose “Necessary only”.

For more information on how Google processes data, see Google’s privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The current version is always available at liquiditylens.ai/privacy.
